Refund and Returns Policy for Bull Yi LLC

If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process. Please read through our policy below for more information on how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in unused, unopened, and original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Due to health and safety regulations, certain products (such as opened or used fitness equipment) may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged.
- Products that are final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards or promotional products.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
3. How to Return an Item

- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Return Authorization (RA)
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. - Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Return shipping should be handled via a trackable service to ensure the product is safely returned. Bull Yi LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy:
- We will process a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued for the product price only; shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not process direct exchanges but will issue a refund for returned items if they meet our return policy.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), and a description of the issue.
- We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at COREY.SALES@BULLYISPORTS.SHOP. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return the item once it has been delivered.
8. Return Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:

If a return does not meet our criteria, we may send the item back to you at your expense.
