We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Athens, OH.

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Bull Yi LLC is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping charges.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. The free shipping offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

7. Delays and Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or holidays. 8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Cancellations and Changes to Orders
If you need to cancel or modify your order:

- Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are shipped.
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible. However, you can return the item(s) once they arrive.

- If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
